Your Solo Time in the Wilderness
INTO THE WILD

Overwhelmed by constant noise.
Lost in endless possibilities.
Told that feeling deeply is "too much."
It is in this very moment that we can answer the call of the land and allow ourselves to sink into it—through wild meadows, ancient forests, high mountains, and quiet lakes.
We step into our inner wilderness and remember what has always been true: our deep alignment with the earth, and with who we really are.

Ready to step into the wild
36 hours alone in the mountains.
Surrounded by forests and peaks—without a tent, without food, without company, without distractions. PURE YOU.
When we are ready to step beyond the boundaries of our comfort zone, we are deeply gifted: with profound self-insights, magical encounters with nature, and a return to the very core of our wild self.
You will be thoroughly prepared for this journey and lovingly held through your integration.
Do you hear the call of your wild self? Follow it.

Backround
The Solo Time is the little sister of the Vision Quest.
A Vision Quest is an initiation ritual - a rite of passage marking the shift from one major life stage to the next (such as the transition from youth to adulthood). It is a conscious threshold crossed through an intentional, extreme experience: exposing oneself to the wild without food, without shelter, without company, and without distractions for 100 hours (4 days and 5 nights).
During such an extended time far beyond one's comfort zone, habitual thought patterns begin to dissolve. The body becomes more present; the heart softens. By surrendering the safety of the familiar, we become more receptive, more permeable, and - above all - we return to our essence: our wild, primal nature. Because a Vision Quest is a profound, life-altering ritual, it is not necessarily meant to be a frequent practice.
And so, the Solo Time was born.
Instead of spending 100 hours alone in the wilderness, the Solo Time spans 36 hours. It places less strain on the body, making the adventure more accessible.
The Solo Time is ideal if you feel the call of a Vision Quest, but it still feels a bit too overwhelming for your nervous system. On the other hand, it serves as a sacred vessel to meet yourself on a deeper level—to experience who you are without roles, without distractions, and without to-do lists. You can feel your authentic essence, embark on an adventure that reveals new territories of your inner map, reorient your life, and set a powerful intention. It is a space to explore the questions that simply cannot be answered in your everyday environment.

How the Solo Time Works Its Magic
The Solo Time is not a mere outdoor adventure, but rather a profound spiritual practice.
Your time alone in nature is thoroughly prepared and integrated through sacred ritual work—such as mirror stories, the Medicine Wheel, and medicine walks—alongside dedicated psychological support to set intentions and share experiences within a holding group circle.
Nature serving as a mirror for your inner landscape is at the very core of this journey.
For thousands of years, our ancestors turned to nature's stories to support their inner growth. We draw upon this ancient art of storytelling to connect with ancestral wisdom and tune into the land, perceiving it as living, soulful, and an active teacher on your path.

Day 5 - 6
Soft landing
On the morning of the fifth day, you return to basecamp for a soft landing. Together, we listen to every story and honor each journey. Treasures are shared, experiences celebrated, and the warmth of community is embraced.
On the final day, your journey home begins at 1:00 PM. Carrying the untamed wildness of your own soul within you. I recommend reserving one or two integration days afterward to gently land back into the rhythm of everyday life.

day 1

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
You arrive at our beautiful community space, the Living Lab, and take time to settle in. Meet your fellow travelers on this journey, experience your first grounding rituals, and begin exploring the wild beauty of Hasliberg.

We thoroughly prepare for your time alone in nature. You will be introduced to the Medicine Wheel and various ritual practices, while exploring your personal calling and refining the core intention for your journey into the wild.
On Day 3, we move to our basecamp for the wilderness solo, where you will find your own dedicated solo spot in nature. You will receive comprehensive guidance on safety, fasting, and the local flora and fauna of Hasliberg.
Day 3 - 5
Your Solo
Noon on the third day marks your departure. Leaving basecamp behind, you will set up your own small shelter in the wild. From that moment on, there is simply nothing left to do.
Free from all distractions, you step into an intimate encounter with your true nature. Here, you confront your deepest questions and allow yourself to be held as an integral part of the vast, living landscape around you.
After two nights beneath the star-lit sky, you will watch the sun rise over the peak, slowly spreading its warmth across the land. With the arrival of dawn, you make your way back to basecamp.
